Delivery Policy

Delivery across Lebanon

We deliver everywhere in Lebanon from our showroom in Saifi, Beirut. Every order is prepared and checked by our own team before it leaves.

Rates & timing

Free delivery on all orders of $40 or more — delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
Orders under $40: flat $5 delivery fee — 2 to 4 working days.
Same-day delivery in Beirut & Greater Beirut: $10, for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

Payment on delivery

We currently accept cash on delivery (COD). You pay the courier when your order arrives — in USD, at the exact total shown at checkout. Your printed order sheet accompanies every delivery.

Large appliances & installations

Built-in appliances, large refrigeration and other items that require handling or installation are scheduled with you by phone after your order is placed. Our team will coordinate a convenient time and confirm any site requirements before delivery.
