Products & pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars and include VAT (11%) unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep prices, specifications, and availability accurate; occasional errors can occur, and we reserve the right to correct them. If a pricing error affects an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding — you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel at no cost.
Orders
An order placed through the website is an offer to purchase. It is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation, and fulfilled subject to stock availability. For items requiring configuration or special order, our team will contact you to confirm details and timelines before the order is final.
Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery. Payment is due in full upon delivery of your order, at the total shown at checkout.
Delivery, returns & warranty
Delivery rates and timelines are described in our Delivery Policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy. All appliances carry their full manufacturer warranty, honoured and serviced through Wakim Group in Lebanon; proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

The content of this website — text, images, product photography, and design — belongs to Wakim Group or its brand partners and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to breach its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your orders and respond to your enquiries, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Beyond that, Wakim Group's liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.
