Miele steam ovens and steam combination ovens

Steam cooking keeps vegetables, fish and rice at their best without fat and without flavour transfer, so a whole menu can cook at once. The DG 7440 is a dedicated steam oven, the DGM 7440 adds a microwave, and the DGC 7000 series (DGC 7250, 7440, 7460, 7840 and 7860) are steam combination ovens with a full hot air oven, steam, combination modes and sous-vide programmes in one cavity. The HC Pro and HCX Pro versions have a plumbed water connection and larger cavities, up to the XXL DGC 7860.
All models come in CleanSteel, Obsidian Black, Graphite Grey or Pearl Beige to pair with the Miele ovens. Descaling tablets and cavity cleaners are in cleaning and care.
