Miele induction and gas hobs, SmartLine and CombiSet elements
Induction is the largest group. The KM 7000 and KM 8000 series (KM 7361 FR, KM 8462 FL, KM 8585 FR, KM 8575 FL Panorama, KM 8695 FR) offer PowerFlex zones that join two rings into one large area and TempControl on selected models. The KMDA 7272-1 FR Silence pulls steam down through the centre of the hob, so no wall hood is needed. Gas cooks are covered by the KM 2012 G, KM 2052 G, KM 2356-1, KM 3010, KM 3034-1 and KM 3054-1.
SmartLine and CombiSet elements let you build a bespoke run: the CS 7641 FL induction wok, CS 7101-1 FL gas wok, CS 7632 FL and CS 1327 Y tepan yaki, CS 1312 BG and CS 1322 BG barbecue grills, CS 1411 F deep fat fryer, plus induction, electric and gas modules. For extraction, see Miele hoods, including the CSDA 7001 FL SmartLine downdraft. Pans, griddle plates and hob cleaners are under accessories and detergents.
