Pitt Cooking Air
Model with 1 gas hob. Named after a volcano in Chile.
$2,864
The Pitt Cooking Air is a single-burner gas hob that sets flush into your countertop, turning the worktop itself into the cooktop. Its multifunctional wok-simmer burner runs from a barely-there simmer to a 17,000 BTU stir-fry sear, all from one top-mounted knob, and the double-enamel cast iron pan support wipes clean in seconds. Finished in black and handmade in the Netherlands, the Air brings professional firepower and architectural calm to even the smallest run of counter.
