Pitt Cooking gas burners

Each Pitt model is a set of burners of different power, named after a volcano, that sits in the worktop with only the pan support and control knobs showing. Akan, Air and Azuma are the compact sets, Baula and Colo the mid-size configurations, and Dempo, Elbrus, Foessa and Drum the wide professional runs with high-power burners for woks and large pans. Because the layout is not fixed to a hob plate, burners can be spaced for large pans or arranged in a line along an island.
See the Bromo-i induction unit for the electric version, or the Pitt Cooking overview. Wakim Group cuts the countertop and installs the burners with the gas connection anywhere in Lebanon.
