The ESW 7010 (14 cm) and ESW 7020 (29 cm) warming drawers keep plates and cups at serving temperature, hold finished dishes warm, prove dough and cook slowly at low temperature. The EVS 7010 vacuum sealing drawer seals food in bags for sous-vide cooking in a Miele steam combination oven, for marinating in minutes, and for storing leftovers longer.
